Technical characteristics
– The SMG-1, SMG-2 test group set was built on the basis of many years of experience in the production of regular holders for special purposes, primarily for measuring points and other places where difficult regimes are present. Experiences of professional people in the field of semi-indirect and indirect measurement with measuring groups from all Elektrodistribucija across Serbia were also used.

– The Merge Group SMG-1 and SMG-2 test set is designed so that repacking can provide screens that satisfy literally the requirements of all Electricity Distribution, both in our region and in the region!

– The basic version (SMG-1) contains U voltage terminals and 3 groups of 3 current points.

On the voltage terminals L1, L2, L3, the top-quality cylindrical fuse housing (fi 5 × 20) is attested to a load of max 20A. SMG-1 measuring set is supplied with 6.3 A, 250 VAC cartridges, high short-circuit current resistance of 10 kA (10,000 A) whose certificates are attached to each SMG-1 measuring set.

The voltage terminal “N” for zero has a built-in bridge to disassemble if necessary without loosening the screws on the conductors.

– On LED terminals L1, L2, L3, LEDs indicating the eventual fuse burnout are installed, which can always be controlled by unscrewing it.

– All bridges have built-in bridges that allow horizontal shifting to short-circuit each group of 3 terminals.

– All contacts have test buksne to connect the instruments to the measurement (test).

– The contact capacity is max. 16 mm (according to EPS technical regulations), all contacts are galvanically protected (galvanized).

– Portable sonar contacts are made of brass, and portable accessories are made of copper sheet (Cu).

– Screws are standard galvanized (JUS 103).

– Terminal blocks are made of imported plastics (granulates) “Noryl SE0” of self-causation categories Vo.

– The seal cap is made of transparent plastic mass “Lexan” category of self-extinguishing V2.

– The complete set of test set is mounted on the DIN 35 rail using a special mechanism (supplied with DIN35 rail).

Technical differences between the test set SMG-1 and SMG-2

– The Merge Group SMG-2 test set differs from the SMG-1 model in that it does not have a fuse, and only the disassembly of the voltage terminals is done using the bridges that open vertically. Other elements of the measuring set remained the same as for the SMG-1 set.

Purpose
– The SMG-1 version (with fuses) is applied in most parts of the country at measuring points of semi-indirect and indirect measurements.

– The SMG-2 version (without fuses) is applied in practice in some Power Distribution.

– The construction of Testing Mernog Sets “SMG” is made so that it is susceptible to making various combinations and thus meets different measurement needs that vary by region and the Electricity Distribution of the Wider Environment.
